  • Chicken broth2 tablespoon
  • Rib700 g
  • Onion1 unit(s)
  • Garlic3 unit(s)
  • Salt to taste
  • paprika1 dessert spoon
  1. Crush the garlic and set aside
  2. Chop the onion and set aside
  3. Season the meat with the onion and garlic, add salt and paprika and mix well.
  4. In a pressure cooker, add oil and fry the ribs.
  5. Add the manioc along with the meat and cover with water.
  6. Add the two tablespoons of chicken broth and close to the kitchen for 15 minutes.
  7. Once cooked and just change the pan and serve
