Corte a carne em cubos, frite em azeite quente por 10 minutos em fogo moderado.

Cut the meat into cubes, fry in hot oil for 10 minutes over moderate heat.

Em seguida, adicione a cebola, o alho e os cogumelos. Acrescentamos sal. 


Then add the onion, garlic and mushrooms. We add salt.


Por fim, adicione o creme de leite, cozinhe por 10 minutos em fogo baixo.
