Mayonnaise of your choice

Chives (1 bunch)

Apple Cider Vinegar

Garlic Clove

Black pepper

Salt

Lemon juice

Mayonnaise Green

Coloque todos ingredientes dentro do liquidificador, finalize colocando a maionese, depois bata tudo até ficar homogêneo e vá mexendo com auxílio de uma espátula

Put all the ingredients into the blender, finish by putting the mayonnaise, then beat everything until smooth and stir with the help of a spatula.

Experimente e corriga o sal ou acidez se necessário. 

Taste and correct salt or acidity if necessary.

Conservar 3 a  5 dias na geladeira, se a maionese usada for feita com ovos in natura 1 dia só na geladeira.

Store in the fridge for 3 to 5 days, if the mayonnaise used is made with fresh eggs, 1 day in the fridge only.
