  • Water2 cup

  • Coriander to taste
  1. Wash the gherkins and cut into slices.
  2. In a pan, sauté the onion, garlic, and bacon in olive oil, add the tomato, pepper, sazon, parsley and shrimp.
  3. Add the maxixe and the calabreza and bring to a boil.
  4. When it rises, add the coconut milk and let it cook.
  5. When the gherkins are soft, add the cilantro.
