Boiled Potatoes800 g
Olive oil2 tablespoon
Fresh thyme to taste
Garlic Clove1 unit(s)
Sour cream200 g
Mozzarella cheese250 g
Salt and pepper to taste

Press the potatoes with your hand to flatten them.
In a hot skillet with oil, brown the potatoes. Season with salt and pepper and add a few sprigs of thyme.
Transfer the potatoes to a refractory.
In a pan with olive oil, brown the garlic, add the cream and as soon as it boils, add the cheese.
Cook, stirring constantly, until it forms a cream. Place the cream over the potatoes and burn or gratin in the oven.
