- Peel the potatoes and cut them into small pieces and put them on the fire, covering with water for 10 minutes or until the potatoes are very soft.
- Once cooked, mash the potatoes with a fork. I added the milk to the margarine and adjusted the salt.
- I took it to the fire, stirring so it doesn't stick to the bottom. Once the puree is smooth, turn it off and serve.
