- Medium Potatoes3 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- Oregano to taste
- Rosemary to taste
- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- Wash the potatoes well and poke holes in them with a fork.
- Wrap the potatoes in a paper towel or damp cloth and microwave for 10 minutes.
- Carefully remove the paper and lightly mash the potatoes with the palm of your hand.
- Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt, oregano and rosemary.
- Take it in the airfryer for 5 minutes or until golden!
