- olive oil2 tablespoon
- garlic cloves3 unit(s)
- butter or margarine1 tablespoon
- (tea) milk1/2 cup
- Cook the potatoes until very soft, peel and mash them until you get a homogeneous mixture.
- In a pan, brown the garlic in the oil and add the mashed potatoes. Mix well.
- Add the butter (or margarine) and salt.
- Finally, add the milk and stir constantly until you get a smooth and creamy texture.
