  • Wheat flour90 g
  • Breadcrumbs to taste
  • Egg to taste
  1. Take the cassava to the kitchen with salt
  2. Knead the cassava well until it is homogeneous, adjust the salt
  3. Add the curd and wheat flour and mix well
  4. Grate the cheese and ham
  5. Make balls and put the ham and cheese in the middle as a filling.
  6. As soon as you finish making balls with all the dough
  7. Beat the egg and pass the balls and then pass in the breadcrumbs
  8. Fry until golden
