  • Potatoes (peeled and chopped)1 kg
  • Sour cream1 can(s)
  • Margarine2 tablespoon
  • Salt1 to taste
  • Squeezed garlic clove1 unit(s)
  • Mozzarella cheese (finish)1 to taste
  • Filling: ground beef500 g
  • Stuffing: chopped onion1 unit(s)
  • Stuffing: chopped peppers1/2 unit(s)
  • Filling: chopped tomato1 unit(s)
  • Stuffing: Squeezed Garlic Clove3 unit(s)
  • Filling: oil1 tablespoon
  • Filling: tomato sauce1 cup
  • Stuffing: salt, chimichurri, paprika and coriander1 to taste
  1. Cook the potatoes until very soft and then mash them well.
  2. Pour everything into a pan and add the margarine, salt and garlic, and stir until the margarine completely melts.
  3. Gradually add the cream and mix until smooth and creamy. Let it cook for 2 minutes and then turn it off.
  4. Take a pan, heat the oil and sauté the garlic. Pour in the meat and keep stirring until it is very loose. Add seasonings and chopped vegetables. Mix well and add a little water, (no need to exaggerate) Cover the pan and let it cook for approximately 20 minutes. Add the tomato sauce, mix well and cook for another 3 minutes.
  5. Assembly: In a preferably glass form, put half of the puree, pour all the ground meat and cover with the other half of the puree. Cover with the cheese and bake for about 15 minutes, or until the cheese is completely melted and golden brown.
