Macaroni600 g
White sauce2 cup
Pepper2 tablespoon
Salt1 tablespoon
Garlic3 unit(s)
Onion1 unit(s)
Whole wheat flour2 tablespoon
Water400 ml

Take a pan, add milk, heat and add wheat flour, onion and chopped garlic. Stir until a homogeneous white sauce is formed.
Take another pan, add water and boil the pasta with salt for 10 minutes. Then add the pasta to the white sauce in a glass container.
Then place slices of ham and cheese on top. And bake in a preheated oven at 180° for 8 minutes. Then serve.
