- Salt to taste
- Milk1 cup
- grated provolone cheese1 cup
- grated cheese1 cup
- grated parmesan cheese1 cup
- Melt the butter in a pan.
- add the cream and milk.
- Let it warm up.
- Add the cheeses and salt.
- Add the macaroni and mix until smooth.
- Pour into a platter and bake in the oven until browned.
