  • Cashew Nut Flour3/4 cup
  • Egg2 unit(s)
  • Bacon cut into strips1/3 cup
  • Onion cut into half moons1/2 cup
  • Sea Salt to taste
  • Whole Roasted Cashew Nuts8 unit(s)
  1. In a high skillet, fry the bacon over low heat until it releases the fat. Remove and book.
  2. Take advantage of the fat that was left in the skillet and fry the onion well until golden. Reserve.
  3. Add the eggs and stir only when they are slightly cooked, so that large pieces remain.
  4. Return the bacon and onion to the skillet and mix.
  5. Add the chestnut flour and salt and stir well for another 5 minutes.
  6. Transfer the farofa to a container, decorate with the chestnuts and serve next.
