- Cashew Nut Flour3/4 cup
- Egg2 unit(s)
- Bacon cut into strips1/3 cup
- Onion cut into half moons1/2 cup
- Sea Salt to taste
- Whole Roasted Cashew Nuts8 unit(s)
- In a high skillet, fry the bacon over low heat until it releases the fat. Remove and book.
- Take advantage of the fat that was left in the skillet and fry the onion well until golden. Reserve.
- Add the eggs and stir only when they are slightly cooked, so that large pieces remain.
- Return the bacon and onion to the skillet and mix.
- Add the chestnut flour and salt and stir well for another 5 minutes.
- Transfer the farofa to a container, decorate with the chestnuts and serve next.
