- green smell or coriander to taste. to taste
- lemon juice1/2 cup
- olive oil120 ml
- salt to taste. to taste
- Chop the garlic and the green smell.
- Place the cream, parsley, garlic and lemon juice in a blender on low speed, add the olive oil in a thin stream so that the sauce thickens, adjust the salt and that's it.
- You can exchange the green smell for paprika, pepper.
