- Rice1 cup
- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- Chopped Onion2 tablespoon
- Grated Garlic Clove1 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- boiling water2 cup
- Heat a pan and add the oil;
- Add the garlic and chopped onion;
- Let it cook until golden;
- Then add the rice and salt;
- Sauté stirring for 1 minute;
- Then add the water and partially cover the pan;
- Lower the heat and let it cook until the water dries up;
- Turn off the fire, cover the pan and leave for 10 minutes with the fire off;
- Ready :)
