  • Carrot2 unit(s)
  • Green garlic stalk3 unit(s)
  • Pepper3 unit(s)
  • Soy sauce3 tablespoon
  • Honey3 tablespoon
  • Onion1 unit(s)
  • Olive oil to taste
  • Salt to taste
  1. Cut the chicken breasts and vegetables into strips.
  2. Fry the chicken breasts in a little oil for 10 minutes over a moderate heat. Add salt and pepper.
  3. Remove from the pan and in the same fat, if necessary, add a little more oil, sauté the carrot, onion and garlic for 5 minutes over low heat.
  4. We add salt. Add the peppers, sauté for 10 minutes over low heat.
  5. Then add the chicken breast, soy sauce and honey.
  6. Stir well, leave on the stove for 1 minute on low heat.
