  • Mushroom300 g
  • Cooking cream150 ml
  • Cheese150 g
  • Butter40 g
  • Olive oil to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • paprika to taste
  • Parsley to taste
  • Salt to taste
  1. Heat the butter with a little oil, fry the mushrooms for 10 minutes over moderate heat, salt and sprinkle with black pepper.
  2. After that, we remove and add a little oil, roast the steaks on both sides for 2 minutes over high heat, seasoning them with salt and pepper.
  3. Add the cream and place the grated cheese on top of each steak.
  4. Sprinkle with paprika and cover the pan with a lid. Cook for minutes on low heat.
