- Olive oil or oil2 tablespoon
- Peel onion and garlic. Remove the inside and white part of the pepper.
- Put everything in the processor for 2 min.
- Store in a tightly sealed glass bottle. It lasts 15 days in the fridge or 2 months if you don't use onions in the preparation!
