- If you haven't added a lot of salt, you can use a sazon envelope for vegetables or meat, or another one of your choice.
- Wait for 3 to 5 minutes and a delicious jilo stew is ready.
- In the absence of olive oil, soybean oil can be used. Changes the flavor a little but it stays good too.
