- Water20 ml
- Salt to taste
- Wash the jilo.
- Cut into 4 pieces like a flower
- Chop the garlic and saute
- Put the jilo together with the garlic
- Add water, parsley and salt.
- Cover and let it cook on low heat for 10 minutes.
