  • Cassava500 g
  • Dry meat300 g
  • Mozzarella cheese50 g
  • Sour cream1/2 can(s)
  • Milk1/3 cup
  • Olive oil, parsley, chives, salt1 to taste
  • Butter1 tablespoon
  1. Cover the cassava with water and let it cook under pressure for 20 minutes. Drain well, transfer it to the blender, add the cream and beat until it becomes a cream. Return to the pan, add the butter, adjust the salt and cook for 5 minutes on low heat. Reserve.
  2. In another pan, sauté the onion in the oil. When it starts to become transparent, add the shredded beef, parsley and chives. Let it fry for 5 minutes on low heat.
  3. Transfer half of the puree to a refractory, place the jerky, the rest of the puree, and cover with mozzarella. Place in a preheated oven at 180° to brown.
