Sweet Potato (small)

Turmeric, Hot Paprika, Smoked Paprika, Coriander Powder, Mustard Grains

Descasque as batatas e corte em rodelas de aproximadamente 1 cm. Corte essas rodelas em cubos (as maiores corte em quatro e as menores em dois). Coloque em uma assadeira grande (quanto menos você sobrepor as batatas, mais crocantes elas ficam).

Peel the potatoes and cut into slices of approximately 1 cm. Cut these slices into cubes (the larger ones cut into four and the smaller ones into two). Place on a large baking sheet (the less you overlap the potatoes, the crispier they are).

Coloque o azeite, o sal, a pimenta do reino e todos os temperos. Mexa bem, de preferência com as mãos, para que o tempero pegue em todos os pedacinhos de batata.

Add the oil, salt, pepper and all the seasonings. Stir well, preferably with your hands, so that the seasoning gets into all the potato pieces.

Tire a pontinha do alho e distribua sobre as batatas, ainda com a casca.
Ps: a casca do alho deve ser descartada no momento de comer.

Remove the tip of the garlic and distribute over the potatoes, still with the skin.
Ps: the garlic peel should be discarded at the time of eating.

Leve ao forno a 200° por 40 minutos e está pronto, aproveite!

Bake at 200° for 40 minutes and it's ready, enjoy!
