Chickpeas2 cup
Tahini1 tablespoon
Olive oil1 tablespoon
Syrian Pepper to taste
Salt and Black Pepper to taste
Ground beef or lamb500 g
Peppermint1 tablespoon
Mini onion1 unit(s)
Lemon1/2 unit(s)

Place the cooked chickpeas in a food processor with 1/3 cup of the chickpea cooking water or regular water and process until it turns into a paste.
Add salt, Syrian pepper, lemon and tahini, beat again to mix.
Saute ground beef and season with Syrian pepper, salt and mint
Serve the meat under the hummus on a plate and finish with petals of toasted mini onions.
Served with pita bread
