- Salad dressing1 unit(s)
- olive oil2 tablespoon
- chopped onion1 unit(s)
- crushed garlic2 unit(s)
- chopped apple2 cup
- salt1 to taste
- Cook the carrots in water and salt until it's done and set aside. Then cook the potato in the same way and set aside. On a platter, mix the mayonnaise, salad dressing, olive oil, chopped onion and garlic. Make a paste and add the carrot and potato. Finally, add the chopped apple and mix.
