- Sliced sausages500 g
- Diced Potatoes6 unit(s)
- Pepper, tomato, onion, garlic and cilantro to taste
- Sour cream1 can(s)
- Olive oil to taste
- Tomato sauce1 can(s)
- Corn1 can(s)
- In a pan add the chopped onion, tomato, pepper, coriander and garlic and heat to sauté when they are reflgado add the cumin, black pepper and paprika.
- When the vegetables are sautéed, add the cubed potatoes and add tomato paste, and two cups of water and let it cook for 15 minutes, add the sausages in slices and the corn toss.
- Let it cook for another 15 minutes, add the cream and cook for another 2 minutes, stirring constantly so it doesn't curdle. Turn off the heat and serve with hot dog bread.
