  • Milk500 ml
  • Wheat flour2 tablespoon
  • Garlic1 unit(s)
  • Onion1 unit(s)
  • Seasonings of your choice1 unit(s)
  • Cheese (mozzarella)250 g
  • Butter2 tablespoon
  • Salt0 to taste
  1. Dissolve the wheat flour in a little milk and set aside.
  2. In a pan, place the butter, garlic and onion, and sauté well.
  3. Add the milk, salt and seasonings of your choice, and let it start to boil.
  4. When it starts to boil, throw in the dissolved wheat flour and stir well.
  5. It will start to thicken, keep stirring for a few seconds on low heat.
  6. Add the cheese and stir some more.
  7. Your white sauce is ready!
