  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Oregano to taste
  1. Remove the skin and seeds from the tomato, cut into 4 and pour into a blender or mixer;
  2. Do the same process with the onion and garlic;
  3. Add 150ml of water and beat everything until smooth;
  4. Put the mho in a pan and turn on low heat, mix and let it start to boil and season;
  5. Always mix when you have the "red foam" of the tomato on top; NOTE: This process is a little time consuming as the sauce will start to thicken. When the sauce is very red, just taste it and see if you prefer it more liquid or thicker. If you want more liquid, add a little water, if you want it thicker, let it boil more.
  6. Turn off the heat and use as you prefer. It can be used in pancakes, pasta, lasagna and other preparations.
