  • Oil600 ml
  • Clove of garlic (half)1 unit(s)
  • Salt1 to taste
  • Parsley1 to taste
  • Vinegar or lemon1 tablespoon
  1. Important tip: The blender has to be very dry, for the mayonnaise to get the point. When adding the oil, it has to be done little by little.
  2. In the blender add the milk, garlic clove, vinegar and beat for 2 minutes.
  3. With the blender on, add the oil little by little in a stream until you get the point. When the mayonnaise was thick that's the point.
  4. Then add salt to taste and parsley and beat a little. Ready.
