  • Oregano1 dessert spoon

  • Oil1 to taste
  1. In a blender place the whole eggs, salt, lemon, mustard powder, oregano and fine herbs and beat everything until well mixed.
  2. When you have everything mixed well, add the oil to the thread until you get the mayonnaise point or whatever you like best.
  3. Place in the fridge and serve with any snack you like.
  4. Remember, you can change the seasonings for what you like best and adapt to what you like best.
