- Peel the lemons without the white part. put it in a large pot and then add the vodka, keep it in a closed environment without light for 10 days. After the time, put the water and sugar in a pan and let it boil, when it reaches the syrup point, wait for it to cool and mix together in the large pot. Leave it for another 10 days and it is ready for consumption.
