Tomato extract

Em uma panela coloque o açúcar e o extrato de tomate.

Misture bem e leve pro fogo baixo até ferver.

Mix well and bring to low heat until boiling.

Quando começar a ferver, mexa bem com uma colher de pau por 1 minuto e apague o fogo.

When it starts to boil, stir well with a wooden spoon for 1 minute and turn off the heat.

Passe a mistura para um recipiente com fechado hermético, de preferência de vidro

Pour the mixture into an airtight container, preferably glass.

Adicione o vinagre e o sal, misture tudo muito bem até que fique completamente homogêneo.

Add the vinegar and salt, mix everything very well until it's completely homogeneous.

Tampe o recipiente e leva para a geladeira por 4 horas antes de usar.

Cover the container and put it in the fridge for 4 hours before using.
