- Recipe
- Tomato extract200 ml
- Sugar1/2 cup
- Vinegar1/4 cup
- Salt to taste
- In a pan put the sugar and tomato paste.
- Mix well and bring to low heat until boiling.
- When it starts to boil, stir well with a wooden spoon for 1 minute and turn off the heat.
- Pour the mixture into an airtight container, preferably glass.
- Add the vinegar and salt, mix everything very well until it's completely homogeneous.
- Cover the container and put it in the fridge for 4 hours before using.
