- Peel the potatoes then cut them in the shape you want put the potato slices in a deep bowl then add water to cover them wash them well
- Then put them on a clean cloth and dry them after drying add a spoon of cornstarch to get crispy then put a lot of oil in a pan let it heat up and put the potatoes bake when you are ready put a little salt and serve yourself
