Adicione azeite de oliva em uma panela, para mergulhar depois as batatas inglesas cortadas em forma de palito.

Add olive oil in a pan, to later dip the English potatoes cut into toothpicks.

Tempere com sal e pimenta apenas. Deixe as batatas mergulhadas até dourar, depois pegue um prato e coloque um papel toalha para enxugar o excesso de azeite. Agora tire o papel toalha e saboreie a batata frita.

Season with salt and pepper only. Let the potatoes soak until golden, then take a plate and place a paper towel to wipe off the excess oil. Now remove the paper towel and enjoy the fries.
