- Apple Cider Vinegar1/2 cup
- Mustard1/2 cup
- Brown sugar1/2 cup
- Worcestershire sauce2 tablespoon
- Onion powder1 teaspoon
- Garlic Powder1 teaspoon
- Bay leaf2 unit(s)
- Black pepper to taste
- Smoke powder1 tablespoon
- Preparation mode In a pan put the ketchup, vinegar, mustard, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, onion, garlic, pepper, bay leaf and smoke and mix well. Place the pan over medium heat, when it starts to boil, let it reduce for 2 minutes. When the sauce is ready, remove from the heat and let it cool for 3 hours before putting it in the fridge. Store in the refrigerator for up to 15 days.
