- Mozzarella100 g
- Garlic2 unit(s)
- Cottage cheese2 tablespoon
- Mayonnaise2 tablespoon
- Green Smell to taste
- Grate the garlic and the mozzarella.
- Mix all the ingredients until it forms a paste.
- Make cuts in the bread without reaching the end, just to open and fill with the paste.
- For more mozzarella on top.
- Bake in the oven or Airfryer to brown for approximately 10 minutes at 180°.
- Perfect to accompany barbecue.
