  • Oil1 tablespoon
  • Minced Garlic Clove1/2 unit(s)
  1. Remove the imperfect beans and stones from the beans. Wash in a colander and soak in a bowl with two cups of cold water overnight.
  2. Discard the water and put the beans in a pressure cooker. Add half a liter of water, bay leaf and salt. Cover and cook over medium heat until the pot has pressure. Lower and cook for another 30 minutes.
  3. Wait for the steam to come out of the pan, open it carefully and check for doneness. Sauteed: In a skillet, heat the oil and brown the garlic. Add two bean shells and mash with the shell itself. Saute for 5 minutes.
  4. Pour the contents of the skillet into the pan with the rest of the beans. Let it boil for 15 minutes without covering or until the broth thickens well. Serve next.
  5. Tip: To serve a soup, blend the beans in a blender and sprinkle with chives.
