- Large Sicilian Lemon Juice1 unit(s)
- Raw butter50 g
- Place the yolks in a bowl with the salt, water, pepper and lemon juice.
- Beat the mixture in the shape of 8 until you get a consistent and homogeneous appearance with foam.
- Bring to the boil in a bain-marie, inside a pan.
- Beat again until the mixture is creamy.
- Remove the pan from the heat and add the melted butter, beating until the sauce is thick. Have a good time!!
