Refogue a cebola e alho triturado no óleo e refogue a carne moída,salpique cheiro verde e reserve!

Sauté the crushed onion and garlic in the oil and sauté the ground beef, sprinkle with green smell and book!

Descasque as batatas e pique em cubos para cozinhar com uma pitada de sal 

Peel the potatoes and chop into cubes to cook with a pinch of salt

Após o término de cozimento das batatas,use o amassador para que fique numa consistência bem de Pure,junto o leite e a manteiga e deixe cozinhar por uns 3 a 5 minutos até a espessura ficar bem macia!

After the potatoes are finished cooking, use the masher to make it a pure consistency, add the milk and butter and let it cook for about 3 to 5 minutes until the thickness is very soft!

Unte uma forma retangular com um fio de óleo,e coloque a carne moída refogada espalhando por toda forma,ascrecente o purê por cima da carne moída e a mussarela ralada ou fatiada finalize por cima do purê 

Unite a rectangular shape with a thread of oil, and place the sautéed ground beef spreading all over the shape, add the puree over the ground beef and the grated or sliced mozzarella finish over the puree

Leve ao forno por aproximadamente uns 15 minutos e sirva ainda quente!

Bake in the oven for approximately 15 minutes and serve while still hot!
