- Season the chicken with seasonings to taste like garlic, onion and salt.
- Take the chicken in the hot oil and fry it, when it's fried add the rice and sauté it next to the chicken
- Grate the carrot and add to the rice
- Add the green corn and salt to the rice, then cover with water
