- Spices to taste
- Olive oil to taste
- Salt to taste
- Ketchup to taste
- Straw Potato to taste
- In a pan put the minced garlic cloves and olive oil. Sauté over low heat.
- Add the hearts of palm and seasonings. Mix well.
- Add sour cream, ketchup and salt.
- Serve with straw potato.
