  • Peeled tomatoes1 can(s)
  • Guava smudge100 g
  • Alcohol Vinegar2 tablespoon
  • Worcestershire sauce2 tablespoon
  • Red Onion1/2 unit(s)
  • Brown Sugar1 tablespoon
  • Salt1 teaspoon
  • Cumin Powder1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Olive oil10 ml
  1. Cut the onion and guava paste into medium cubes
  2. Sauté the onion in olive oil in a small pan
  3. Add the peeled tomatoes and guava paste to the pan, let it cook over low heat.
  4. Add the vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, cumin, salt and black pepper
  5. Stir the pan from time to time to make sure it is not sticking to the bottom of the pan.
  6. Let the ketchup cook for approximately 10 minutes.
  7. Transfer to the blender, beat well and taste the flavors
  8. Chill for 20 minutes and serve with your favorite snacks!
