- Peeled tomatoes1 can(s)
- Guava smudge100 g
- Alcohol Vinegar2 tablespoon
- Worcestershire sauce2 tablespoon
- Red Onion1/2 unit(s)
- Brown Sugar1 tablespoon
- Salt1 teaspoon
- Cumin Powder1 teaspoon
- Black pepper to taste
- Olive oil10 ml
- Cut the onion and guava paste into medium cubes
- Sauté the onion in olive oil in a small pan
- Add the peeled tomatoes and guava paste to the pan, let it cook over low heat.
- Add the vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, cumin, salt and black pepper
- Stir the pan from time to time to make sure it is not sticking to the bottom of the pan.
- Let the ketchup cook for approximately 10 minutes.
- Transfer to the blender, beat well and taste the flavors
- Chill for 20 minutes and serve with your favorite snacks!
