Tomato1/2 unit(s)
Red onion2 tablespoon
Tahiti lemon1 unit(s)
Coriander (leaves)2 tablespoon
Garlic (clove)1 unit(s)
Tabasco Pepper Sauce1 teaspoon
Cumin powder1/2 coffee spoon
Salt to taste

Chop the onion into small cubes. Remove the seeds from the tomato and cut into cubes. Finely chop the garlic clove and also the coriander leaves.
Peel, remove the pit and mash the avocado in a medium bowl. Immediately season with lemon juice to prevent the avocado from browning.
Then add the onion, tomato, garlic, coriander, cumin and pepper. Mix and adjust the salt.
