- Ripe Avocado2 unit(s)
- Squeezed lemon1 unit(s)
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- Tomato1 unit(s)
- Olive oil3 tablespoon
- Parsley2 tablespoon
- Open the avocados, remove the skins and place them in a bowl.
- Chop into cubes (if they are too ripe, mash them with a fork, being careful not to turn into a puree)
- Add the chopped tomato, the chopped onion, the green smell and the lemon juice
- Mix everything and put it to freeze
- Serve with corn tortillas or whatever you like :)
