- Cut the tomato into cubes. Reserve
- Cut the onion into small cubes and mix with the tomato.
- Cut the avocado in half, remove the pulp with the help of a spoon.
- Mash the avocado with a fork until it is like a cream with just a few pieces of the fruit.
- Mix the avocado, tomato and onion.
- Cut the lemon, squeeze the juice and add the mixture.
- Add cilantro and salt. Mix well.
- Serve with nachos, roasted or roasted meats
