- Large, ripe avocado1 unit(s)
- Red or white onion1 unit(s)
- Ripe tomato1 unit(s)
- Olive oil to taste
- Lemon juice1 unit(s)
- Dihydrate Chive Parsley to taste
- Remove all avocado pulp in a container and mash well and set aside.
- Chop the tomato and onion and add it inside the mashed avocado.
- Drizzle with plenty of olive oil and add a pinch of salt, mix everything and eat with pastel, biscuit or potato chips or doritos.
