- Minced garlic1 coffee spoon
- Butter1 dessert spoon
- Salt to taste
- Freshly ground black pepper to taste
- Water200 ml
- Lemon (juice)1 unit(s)
- Cut the bananas into small slices and soak them in the lemon.
- In a small pan, place the butter and sauté the onion until translucent. Add the minced garlic.
- In this stew, place the bananas, stir, add the water and lower the heat until the bananas are cooked. Take care that the water does not dry out.
- Add the cream, salt and pepper. Use the Mixer to make the puree creamy and homogeneous. If desired, add another tablespoon of butter. Adjust the salt and serve immediately.
