  • Chopped Onion1 dessert spoon
  • Minced garlic1 coffee spoon
  • Butter1 dessert spoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • Water200 ml
  • Lemon (juice)1 unit(s)
  1. Cut the bananas into small slices and soak them in the lemon.
  2. In a small pan, place the butter and sauté the onion until translucent. Add the minced garlic.
  3. In this stew, place the bananas, stir, add the water and lower the heat until the bananas are cooked. Take care that the water does not dry out.
  4. Add the cream, salt and pepper. Use the Mixer to make the puree creamy and homogeneous. If desired, add another tablespoon of butter. Adjust the salt and serve immediately.
