- Recipe
- cherry tomato300 g
- Canasta cheese300 g
- Garlic to taste
- Salt to taste
- Olive oil1 cup
- On a platter place the tomatoes, along with the canasta, garlic on top of the cheese. And drizzle with oil and salt to taste.
- Bake everything in the oven covered for 30 minutes, or until the tomatoes are roasted.
- Serve with toast and bread
- Or a nice mass.
