  • Cabbage to taste
  • Green smell to taste
  • Garlic to taste
  • Onion to taste
  • Oil, margarine or olive oil3 tablespoon
  • Pepper to taste
  1. Peel the potatoes and put them to cook with water until they cover the potatoes, add onion, 1 chicken broth, meat or vegetables (optional) and a drizzle of olive oil. Cut all the seasonings, the pepperoni into slices or cubes and the cabbage very thin and set aside. When the potatoes are already cooked, hit the blender with a little of the cooking broth and a few pieces of cabbage to give the green color and reserve the remaining broth as well.
  2. Fry the pepperoni with garlic, a little margarine or oil, throw the seasonings, then gradually throw the potato in the blender and add some of the cooking broth, then add the cabbage. Serve with bread or toast.
